I create my websites in Dreamweaver and Flash, and I also use Content Management Systems like Joomla and WordPress. I like the latter because it offers my clients the ability to edit their own pages once I have the site up and the pages created, with the artistic vision in place. Prices vary on need, but start out at $500 for a simple, 4 page site.
